These terms apply to all players who register and use the F Bajee platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use F Bajee.

01 Eligibility to Use F Bajee

To register and use F Bajee, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times. F Bajee reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point during your use of the platform.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an F Bajee employee.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list at the time of account creation.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

F Bajee does not knowingly allow minors to register or play. If we discover that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited. If you suspect a minor is using F Bajee, please contact our support team right away.

02 Account Registration and Verification

When you register on F Bajee, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid payment method. This information is used to verify your identity and process your transactions.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one F Bajee account. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one — whether under the same name or a different identity — both accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. This rule exists to protect the fairness of the platform for all players.

F Bajee may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on F Bajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). F Bajee supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved local payment methods. The minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your F Bajee account after confirmation from your payment provider. Most deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed within a few minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact F Bajee support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. F Bajee does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used on your account. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification before processing.

04 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. 05 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game, F Bajee reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

06 Responsible Gaming

08 Account Suspension and Termination

F Bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected violation, F Bajee will conduct an internal review. During this period, access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. If the review concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released.

If the review confirms a violation, F Bajee may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with these terms. You will be notified of the outcome via the contact details registered on your account.

  • You may close your own F Bajee account at any time by contacting support.
  • Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon voluntary account closure, subject to verification.
  • Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering status.

09 Limitation of Liability

F Bajee provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, fast, and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
